Recruitment Specialists at Fortifikationsverket
Fortifikationsverket is looking for two recruitment specialists for parental leave positions in Eskilstuna. Are you a person who is passionate about recruitment? The HR and Communications Department consists of the units of recruitment, HR, communication, and training, with a total of 40 employees. The recruitment unit currently consists of 9 recruitment specialists located in Eskilstuna and Luleå.

Your daily work – recruiting for our growth
As a recruitment specialist at Fortifikationsverket, you will work with recruitment, from identifying needs to hiring a new employee. You will work closely with managers, which means you will contribute your specialist expertise in recruitment and be the glue for all parts of the recruitment process. Here, you will have the opportunity to recruit a wide variety of roles in our operations across Sweden. Our strength as a group is that we are all experienced in recruitment and enjoy our role where we can work consultatively and service-oriented. We work with competency-based recruitment and continuously need to develop both our recruitment process and our offering to managers. Therefore, we welcome new ideas that can help us become more efficient, modern, and accurate in our work.
As a new recruitment specialist, you will join an organization with well-established routines and a culture where we help each other. We strive to provide you with the best possible introduction, and as a newcomer, you will receive a mentor to support you when you start.
The work location is Eskilstuna, and travel occurs regularly in the position. You will interview candidates in the field together with managers or conduct interviews via digital tools.
Remote work agreements are available as an option, which means that if the work allows, we can work from home up to two days a week.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a YH, university, or college degree in a relevant field or a high school diploma with further education in recruitment, or experience working as a recruitment consultant. You have experience conducting recruitment with independent responsibility for the entire recruitment process. You have a high digital maturity and experience working in IT support systems primarily within recruitment. You also have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Since we travel in our roles, a class B driver's license is required.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with competency-based recruitment. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge and experience working in the public sector.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for a team player, and to succeed in the role, it is important to be service-oriented, have good collaboration skills, while also having a high level of security awareness. You achieve high quality in your work through your ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively. To succeed in the role, you also need to have an interest in trends and monitoring in the recruitment field, as well as being flexible and analytical with good problem-solving skills.

About the employment
The positions are parental leave replacements until August 31, 2027. The work location is Eskilstuna. An employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and involves placement in a security classification. A security screening with a background check will be conducted before employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
